Book Summary

Most of my life I’ve been told that positioning is everything. Our society for decades has developed, nurtured and inculcated into us this mindset that says, “unless you’re number one, you’re not quite good enough …you are not the best.

Now when we attempt to adhere to this mindset, we will find it very difficult to adapt and function in the body of Christ. As a matter of fact, we should find it difficult to adapt to this mindset in any facet of our lives.

The reason for this is that as saints of God, we will find that society’s principles are diametrically opposed to the principles that are laid out for us in the Word of God.

In the Church, at home, at work and in all manner of our living we are to be operating from Kingdom principles as opposed to worldly views. It is especially true for Leaders in the Body of Christ, because God himself holds us to a higher standard as Leaders. We must follow where He leads and we must follow the one whom He has chosen to lead us.
